Chef Rene’s menu has something for everyone. We enjoyed steak, seafood and fish. The meatballs and burratta were outstanding, and the vegetables were perfectly cooked in a delicious sauce. Homemade gelato and a stunning custard topped off a great meal enhanced by an attentive service staff . All in all, we had a delightful experience at Adelina’s Bistro at Monarch Dunes!

We had a reservation. No host when we arrived. Receptionist by the door eventually came over to seat us. We were seated at a table with a dirty table cloth. At least 4 servers walked past us without a “We will be with you shortly “. After 15 minutes we left without being addressed by any of the service staff.

Unfortunately they have not hired enough staff. They had one waiter for the entire floor. Food was not good — salmon was cold and raw in the middle. Ahi tuna was very dry. Sad, because this used to be a good place.

Unfortunately, the service staff did not have the support they needed to give us the attention that we reasonably expect. Our group eats out together once a month. We've been to Adelina's once before, when our server was prompt and attentive. We visited on Sunday, August 18. We waited for over ten minutes to be greeted after being seated. We then waited, again, for over 10 minutes to be served coffee. The waiter was polite and apologized for not being able to be prompt. Our food arrived in a timely manner. We were very disappointed by the speed of the service and will probably not return.

Always enjoy the ambience of Adelina's Bistro. Some new items have been added to the menu making it even better.

I have eaten at Adelina’s many times and enjoyed it. However this occasion was a serious disappointment. It took 40 minutes to get a drink ordered, bartender not a server issue. I’ve noticed slow response from the bar on other occasions. They were out of the lamb I hoped for. The Caesar salad was delivered promptly by the kitchen and was very good. However, about 5 minutes after the salad delivery, our entrees were delivered. Way too soon! I will say that the manager came and asked how he could make the situation right. We asked for a fresh meal to be delivered later. He came over after we finished our salads and asked if we were ready and we acknowledged that we were. Shortly afterwards we received our meals which were lukewarm. At this point, we stopped complaining and just ate it. The manager did come by and offered to comp dessert, which was appreciated but at that point we were very done.

The seared ahi tuna salad was a particular favorite at our table tonight. A large portion which was excellent.
