    555 East restaurant offers an exceptional dining experience with a menu that celebrates classic dishes like the Crunchy Iceberg Wedge. It’s topped with bacon, tomato, and blue cheese, - & the focus is on the fresh and high-quality ingredients, and the just-chilled lettuce. The appetizers seem to set the stage beautifully for the meal, especially with Brad's attentive service in recommending standout dishes like crispy calamari, Jumbo Lump Crab Cakes and seared Wild Yellowfin Tuna (Ahi). The many choices of PRIME STEAKS is particularly impressive; being hand-cut from corn-fed beef and dry-aged in-house ensures a depth of flavor and tenderness that steak enthusiasts would surely appreciate. The filet mignons were juicy, and a perfect temperature. Additionally, the warm welcoming provided by host Abel and the bar staff— of Crystal, Amanda, and Anthony who are busy bustling but always smile to say hello. This welcoming atmosphere is always key for entertaining business guests or celebrating special occasions. Overall, 555 East is a perfect spot for both casual diners and those seeking a refined culinary experience!

    The food was very good but when I booked I imagined having a table waiting for my arrival. It was all completely improvised. I waited after confirming my attendance and when I was escorted to what I expected would be my table, I came across an improvised mini table attached to the wall to my right and to my left, just enough space to pass sideways behind someone else's chair. I was practically closer to the other table than to my date. What I thought would be a good night was completely ruined. I understand how busy the place is, but they cannot approve reservations if they do not have enough space. I felt very uncomfortable, I didn't even have room to get out if I needed to go to the bathroom while I was constantly being pushed and hit with chairs from the table next to me every time a member made a movement. My idea: A delicious dinner vs reality: Uncomfortable I understood the situation a little less when I saw that 15 minutes later they sat 2 people in that same area but at a table for 5 and not improvised like mine. I want to point out that my date and I are Latinos and it seems that we were the only diners there. I don't want to imagine that we were looked down upon for this reason, but the empathy towards us was so obvious. It's sad to see people continue to classify and differentiate between us. I don't understand why if I'm paying the same as everyone else I'm not treated the same way. I work in a restaurant, I serve people and for me the key to good service is treating the customer as I would like to be treated, which in this case was absent since I registered. I can't imagine coming back here, my experience was very humiliating.

    The dishes at 555 East are nothing short of artful, each plate a feast for the eyes as well as the palate. The steaks, expertly cooked to perfection, are served on warm platters with a beautiful sear that promises flavor in every bite. The vibrant colors of the Roasted Beets salad contrast wonderfully against the creamy white of the Humboldt Fog Goat Cheese, creating an inviting visual appeal. As we indulged in our meals, it was clear that every detail had been considered — from the perfectly toasted bread accompanying our French Onion soup to the delicate seasoning of the Jumbo Lump Crab Cakes, which were packed with fresh crab meat and subtly accented with herbs. Throughout our dining experience, Bridget, David, and Megan moved gracefully through the restaurant floor, ensuring every guest felt attended to and valued. Their passion for excellent service mirrored their commitment to culinary excellence. It’s evident that 555 East is not just about serving food; it's about creating memorable experiences anchored in quality and hospitality.

    This was our first time visiting 555. Everything was great from the greeting at check in to the service, food. My husband’s steak was a bit on the tough side but other than that… we will be back. Great place to celebrate.

    Experience was pleasant. Very attentive staff from beginning to end. The steaks ordered were okay, too charred from grill. Appetizers were really good and main entree sides

    555 is a classic steakhouse and one I’ve been to many times. I always order the same items including my filet done pepper steak style. This time though the peppercorn sauce was very watery and unlike previous visits. Peppercorn sauce should be creamy or at least sauce-like and not like au jus. I didn’t bring it up to my server Shadi because the flavor was good and the steak was just too good to let go. I’ll always remain a fan of 555.
