We did the Christmas Eve Buffet for the second time and it’s tough to say if we’ll do it again. Our reservation was for 7pm and by 8pm it kind of felt like they were ready for us to leave. The food is great but this year with them closing the restaurant around us, and with the host calling across the dining room for tips as we finished our meal, we had to politely look away as the servers all boxed up food for themselves. It was just kind of awkward.

Our waiter, David, was attentive and personable. The service was excellent and the food was delicious. Our Christmas Eve meal was a 10/10.

Christmas Eve dinner buffet was disappointing. Very limited options and what was available was poorly executed. Staff were excellent.

A truly disappointing dinner… I can only assume that the head chef/owner was home with his family. With the kitchen staff walking around not filling the floating ham pieces and horrific steak you’d think they’d have time over cook everything else including the biscuits, wait they did have time. This of course was brought to my servers attention and I watch him tell the floor manager (lady with blue or green hair) must have dismissed us because she never apologized for the slop. With hearing others around me complaining I figure they couldn’t keep making things right with everyone’s dinner fails they were serving.

Have been wanting to check out the 404 and glad I finally did. Was a great experience. Beautiful restaurant, superb service, and food was incredible. Cocktails, Apps and entree we ordered will order again. Def recommend if you haven’t been yet

Our server, Paulina, was really wonderful. Helped us navigate the menu which opened the door for us to try some things we might have not tried on our own. Exampe: the beet sorbet. It was delish! Also, she was an amazing pro with our special needs son and make sure he was having a great time. Great food, great spot, great people.
