You will not only experience the stunning city scene, but also be welcomed by our attentive staff to make sure your night is unforgettable. Please note that we overlook the skyline to the west, timing of sunset varies as the seasons change and that when the sun is at its brightest, we do have sunshades in place. The blackened shrimp was too salty to eat. Very unusual. Always good before.

We were seated in the upper tier in the middle, so we had a nice view of both sides. Our server, Ashley, was attentive, prompt, knowledgeable and personable. Our tradition is to have the crab cakes, which were delicious, as were my salmon and my wife's six-ounce filet. I gave the value four stars because the entrees were rather pricey, which, of course, is pretty standard these days. The 360 Steakhouse is very nice for special occasions.

food was underwhelming,escargot and french onion soup relied too much on cheese and steak was undercooked,two tables next to me sent them back,but service and views outstanding,will definitely give them another try.

ALWAYS EXCELLENT FOOD AND GREAT PRICES CONSIDERING...EVERYONE IS ALWAYS FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL, FOOD HAS ALWAYS COME IN A REASONABLE AMOUNT OF TIME TO THE TABLE, ACCURATE IN TEMPS AND ITEMS ORDERED, AND WE LOVE CHRISTINA WHO HAS BEEN OUR SERVER SEVERAL TIMES OVER THE YEARS!

Excellent Shrimp Scampi! Wonderful salads! I absolutely loved my Ribeye! The view is incredible! Ambiance lovely. Meghan gave us great service! Looking forward to going back!

The food was not worth what was paid. I will not be returning. The steaks at Texas roadhouse are much better. The sides were about the same as there. There was barely anybody there but the service was slower than expected

Petite Filet was perfectly done. Garlic potatoes were very good. Blackened Halibut was really good, but portion was too large to finish. All said, we'll happily be back! Service was top notch. We will recommend 360 to everyone!

I recently had an experience at 360 Steakhouse at Harrah's Council Bluffs, and unfortunately, it didn’t live up to expectations. From the moment we were seated, the service felt lackluster. Our server, Megan, didn’t seem to prioritize us, as our drinks were frequently left empty for long stretches of time. When our steaks arrived, they were cooked much rarer than we had requested, which was a big disappointment. Megan mentioned she would check in to ensure everything was to our liking, but over 20 minutes passed before she returned to our table, leaving us feeling overlooked and ignored. It was evident that when she interacted with the table next to us, her demeanor completely changed—she was engaging, friendly, and even laughing with them. But when she came back to us, her tone was cold, short, and as if we were an inconvenience. The food itself was also underwhelming. The steak, despite being cooked incorrectly, lacked the flavor and quality we had anticipated for the price. The service, combined with the food falling short of expectations, made the experience far from enjoyable. The only redeeming quality was the breathtaking view, which helped salvage the evening, but it wasn't enough to make up for the disappointing service. Overall, the combination of inattentive service, inconsistent attitude, and subpar food left a sour impression. It’s a shame, as the restaurant has so much potential with its location and ambiance, but I hope they address these issues to improve the experience for future guests.
