Situé au cœur du quartier branché de Marylebone et à quelques pas de la station de métro Bond Street, le 28°-50° Marylebone Lane est un resto-bar orienté sur le vin. L'ambiance y est détendue et on y offre un menu moderne à l'européenne qui change selon les saisons. Créée par une équipe de sommeliers, la liste des vins du 28°-50 ° Marylebone Lane, en est une des plus uniques à Londres, avec une gamme de 15 rouges et 15 vins blancs au verre, aussi carafes et bouteilles à des prix exceptionnels. La «Liste du collectionneur» met en vedette des vins fins de collections privées, offrant aux clients une chance de découvrir des vins plus rares, plus matures, à leur apogée, dont certains qu'on ne voit pas dans d'autres restaurants. Réparti sur deux étages, le lieu dispose de deux salles à manger et un bar de 12 places. Que ce soit pour prendre un verre ou pour souper, vous passerez un moment vraiment spécial. On offre également des repas «al fresco» et un salon privé est disponible pour des événements, des fêtes ou des rencontres d'entreprise.

The food was good, but all, esp the main portions were ridiculously small with protein ( small cod piece about the size of 2 ladies fingers width and length) only and no option to order sides . We left hungry after an &80 3 course “meal” It was empty so not much ambience for a Valentines evening. But the staff were EXCELLENT. Made up for an overall mediocre evening.

Medium Ribeye steak was rare and very salty, fries served with it were even more salty, rocket salad had some kind of fish sauce that simply ruined it, cacio e Pepe was too watery and overpowered with cheese, wine list as ever to the point, service is simply magnificent as ever.

The set menu was not only good value but the portions were a decent size. We booked for a birthday celebration lunch Which I advised when we booked but no reference was made to this However the service was not great, bearing in mind it was an early booking the staff were stood around but not remotely attentive We purchased a bottle of wine which was warm and when I advised the person who served us it she looked like she couldn’t have cared less and her suggestion was to bring us some ice!! In the time we were there it was very quiet but the service levels were remarkably disappointing I’d c recommend the food but would hesitate going va k due to the service

Small yet modern design which is in a great location. Perfect to meet post shopping. Great selection of wines by the glass. We had sharing plates between the two of which was enough and very good quality. Would be good if there was more choice for mains.

Lovely food well served; quite table for a long talk between old friends. And close to the Wallace Collection (which we visited after lunch).

What a lovely spot! The wine list is fantastic, and the staff is both friendly and professional, going above and beyond to help with my allergies. We stayed until closing, and at no point did we feel rushed. It was a truly enjoyable experience, and we had a wonderful time.

I visited 28-50 for dinner with friends, and I couldn’t have been more impressed. From the moment we walked in, the staff greeted us with such warmth that it instantly made us forget about the cold outside. The food was exceptional, and the drinks were just as delightful. Throughout the meal, the service was impeccable, and we truly felt taken care of. One thoughtful detail that stood out to me was that the staff noticed I’m left-handed and made sure all the cutlery and drinks were arranged accordingly. I’ve been to many places, but this is the first time I’ve seen that level of attention to detail. We’ll definitely be back!
