We had an amazing dinner with my girlfriend starting from the meals ending with the service and environment. Everything was just amazing. The team was so lovely especially Mattia who assisted us. Definitely going back.

Lunchtime here was crowded and busy. The risotto sounded good on the special dishes of the day but we found it less good when we ate it. We each had two courses, risotto and ice cream, and no drinks but bread on the table which was the only extra, no wine or coffee or tea, just tap water. £43.34 was each of our bills. That’s a lot for a risotto and ice cream.

I travel to London from Yorkshire and stay round the corner in the Royal Society of medicine the restaurant is very convenient for me and I have been many times over the years. The service is excellent as is the food and we are made very welcome by the Italian staff. I have been with different friends at different times and they've all loved this restaurant. I know Italy well.

I hadn't been before and sadly didn't feel welcomed by the staff, the male waiter who assisted us appeared to be grumpy. The food was rushed, risotto cold and lacked seasoning. Soup was nice though. Felt it was overpriced. I paid a supplement for the risotto which was meant to have truffle and although I could see shavings of something it tasted of nothing, I had to add quite a bit of salt to make it taste of anything.

Excellent Italian food, innovative cooking and good service. Noise level rather high because of a nearby table with a group of screeching young ladies but this is probably unusual at this restaurant. The pricing formula based on the number of courses consumed is a good idea, though the overall bill per head, including wine, seemed a little on the high side. Despite these reservations, highly recommended.
