   We always enjoy our time at 2 Johns. The food and service is always spectacular! The music was also excellent. Last night, we enjoyed items from the newly updated menu. We highly recommend this restaurant. And a side note, Wednesday evening is an excellent time for dinner - it’s much quieter than a Friday or Saturday evening.

   Ron made our birthday celebration evening very special. He was informed, attentive and very friendly. My husband thought it was a little noisy but I enjoyed being able to enjoy the live music during our dinner from the piano bar area . The Sea Bass was spectacular- the best we have ever had. Even though our steak was a little tougher than expected, the flavor was very good. Ron let us know that we should have shared this so he could have made it right. We will go again even though it was over an hour away!

   We both had the 14 oz. Ribeye and they both were cooked to perfection.

   My wife and I were celebrating our 44th wedding anniversary. We drove 60 miles to get there and it was well worth the drive. Food and service were excellent. Greg and Sam did a great job! We enjoyed the music, singing, and overall entertainment.

   It was our first time to 2Johns and it did not disappoint. Beautiful atmosphere with Mardi decor and yellow, green and purple napkins varied across the tables. We started with the Carb cakes and carb au gratin apps, the cakes were giant and very tasty and the au gratin was decadent and delicious. My entree was the special, which was tilefish on lobster risotto. The fish was light and cooked perfectly and the risotto was to die for. My wife got the 10oz. Filet, so she could share with me, and it was amazing. Their steaks truly are a cut above the rest in town. We then finished it off sharing desserts of Brownie sundae and bread pudding. They were also huge servings, we should’ve just shared one as we couldn’t finish either, but both were warm and so good. Best of all the service was top notch and we felt spoiled. We can’t wait to go back!

   The food was fantastic as always!! The server was not so great and unfortunately on the ticket it didn’t have his name but only said server. The table assistance were great as always. But the guy server was inattentive, over charged for soda that I didn’t order. Wasn’t impressed. And it was the first time in my long tenure of going there it has happened.

    Decided to eat here for Galentines and was pleasantly surprised that we were sat on our reservation time. The waitress was fantastic and our cocktails were delicious. It was a set menu for that night but we had plenty of options. I had the filet and my friend had chicken both dishes were absolutely divine. The dessert was scrumptious as well but could not finish it because I was so full from the dinner. I would definitely like to come back and order from the regular menu. This place is worth the money you spend.

    Melanie, thank you for joining us for Valentine's Day! We're glad to hear it was a good time had by all and we would love to have you all back in to try our regular menu, which has some new additions, but also for Ladies' Night every Wednesday, starting at 4 PM.
