The restaurant was fantastic and the atmosphere was great. The service was great and both of the waitresses really were wonderful. The food was all in the mid price point and it was excellent.

This restaurant looks like it is located in the NAU campus. The ambiance of the restaurant was modern relaxing. Most of the employees looked like college students, which I may say, was very well ran and organized. Our server was very good and her service was excellent. She checked on us consistently and food came out quickly. This is a great restaurant that a family can go to for a nice sit down dinner, but not too pricey.

My husband & I ate dinner there last night. We had the special hard boiled eggs & edamame for appetizers. The wine was very good. My husband had the spaghetti bolognese that was as good as being in Italy. I had the sirloin with salad, broccoli & potatoes…..so good. Then we topped it off with Crème Brûlée ❤️ We highly recommend 1899!!!

We love 1899 Bar and Grill! It’s a must do when in flagstaff. I was visiting my son at NAU and we had reservation. We were seated promptly and the waitress was excellent. I was a little disappointed that the menu was changed, but the food still did not disappoint! Please bring back the large pretzel! We ordered the pretzel sticks that were still great, but not large enough for a family of four. My done and I ordered burgers, but they messed up on the topping/ condiments and I had ordered the burger to be well done which was really read inside. I blame this on the kitchen, not the waitress because the receipt was correct when we viewed it. Make not mistake, that I will be back again, however, I am hoping the kitchen staff and menu will improve next time.

1st timers from Yuma Az, Had a reservation and was late but was still sat right away. Great food and awesome service! Definitely worth the drive!!

Awesome service but a really limited menu. Cool location and great food. A tad pricey for what we got. Two people but over $100 dollars for dinner?! Nice to support NAU

Thier menu was a single sheet of paper with 4 choices of dinners...absolutely NOTHING like their website...more of a lunch atmosphere and not sure that would be worth going there for. We were there for a special occasion and left before they served us anything. Will not go back again.
