1700° Steakhouse is a sophisticated, high-end restaurant featuring Midwestern prime, dry aged and certified Angus beef, seared to perfection in our 1700 degree broiler. The menu also has an abundance of the finest sustainable seafood from which to choose.
A place to see and be seen, this steakhouse is every bit as comfortable as it is refined. Large windows overlook Market Square, eight foot high glass wine cabinets showcase a substantial wine selection and feature photography walls, natural faux leather and cowhide finishes adorn the space.
In tandem with its sister cocktail lounge, 1700° Steakhouse presents signature craft and barrel aged cocktails and locally produced beer.

We celebrated our 40th wedding anniversary there we had a great time and the food was delicious. Our server was the best.

My steak was overdone, I requested medium and it was medium well. So that was disappointing. However the broccolini and potatoes were so salty I couldn’t eat either one. The others at the table had true medium steaks and they ate every bite. We have been at 1700 before and never had a problem with over seasoning or steak temperature. Perhaps it was the preparation that particular day but I certainly wouldn’t order the Reyes again. Cocktails were good.

It was our first time coming to this establishment. We were a little unsure at first due to the exact location of the restaurant being inside the hotel, but our worries were put to rest with our great service and food. Overall we had a great experience and would highly recommend it and will be back again! Our server Rob was excellent and did a great job explaining the menu and the concept of the restaurant itself.

We arrived a little early, but they seated us without delay. The staff at 1700 Degrees all work together to ensure your dining experience is always excellent, with all courses timed out so you never feel rushed. The craft and creative cocktails are made to perfection. Our main course was served at the correct temperature and plated like a work of art. The food is always excellent at 1700 degrees. I had the Snow-Aged Wagyu. It may sound a little pricy, but it is worth every bite. They have a wine list that will not disappoint for every taste and budget. We will be back.

The service was excellent. The food was great, the atmosphere was very nice. Highly recommend. It's a little hard to locate if you're driving and looking for signage from the street view since it's located inside Hilton Hotel. Would have been helpful to put that on Open Table details. Valet parking is available complimentary but didn't discover until after parking on the street. Overall great experience will return again for the bar experience and dinner.

I love this restaurant and every time I am in town I make a reservation to go. The food was on point per usual, however, the service this time was surprisingly sub par. When we sat down and the empty water glass had a lipstick stain still on it. So not off to a good start. Our server seemed rushed and rarely checked back the whole evening. I had to ask for the bread order 2 times before it was delivered. When it arrived it was cold bread. The Server of the other table helped out more than our server did. The server experience was disappointing, but our meals were very good as usual.
