15 Point Road, un petit plaisir à Portsmouth Rhode Island le long de la rivière Sakonnet. Bien rempli mais pas bondé, avec une vue magnifique sur la rivière au clair de Lune. Un menu traditionnel qui plaît à tout le monde, et des spécialités maison en constante évolution qui créent en permanence un joyeux changement dans ses plats innovants et contemporains. Quand on marche jusqu'à la porte d'entrée, le lit d'aromates frais qui poussent juste à côté de la plate-forme vous donneront un aperçu des délices qui vous attendent. Une fois à l'intérieur, vous serez fascinés par la vue sur la rivière Sakonnet menant à l'océan que vous offrent le panorama des larges fenêtres. Sur la rivière, vous remarquerez parfois des bateaux de pêche locaux en route vers le marché maritime de Tiverton. Si vous êtes assez chanceux, vous pourriez même apercevoir un des pêcheur de homards du coin sortir sur le pont pour tendre ses pièges à Mount Hope Bay!

15 Point Rd. has always been our go to restaurant with consistently good food and drinks but this most recent visit was a huge disappointment. The menu has changed and many of our long time favorites are gone. The food itself was also not up to their usual standards. The fish was very bland and the shrimp were very small, in fact I don’t think I’ve ever had Baked Stuffed Shrimp made with such small shrimp. Back in the day you also received a side salad with an entree and that is no longer the case. There is now a charge of more than $5 for a side salad. The service was still fantastic and of course the ambience is amazing but the 15 Point Road that we have been going to since they have opened, sadly seems to be a thing of the past.

Outstanding Drinks handcrafted to perfection Appetizers of crab cakes and shrimp cocktail were perfect. Entrees of prime rib and swordfish were outstanding Liz was a great server. Thank you

Empty restaurant asked for booth hostess needed to make sure it was ok. Place was empty and we had a reservation so why wait?? Food was tasteless. bread came after appetizer was eaten,would have been better with appetizer oil for bread was disgusting no flavor no seasoning just Oil yuck. Roasted garlic in oil was tasteless poor waitress looked rushed other servers just walking by Also should offer options to a sweet potato. Waitress did not mention any to us but did to the table next to us when customer stated she didn’t like sweet potatoes. New chef??? Food was way off compared to the last time Servers need to work together better especially the younger girls seemed clueless

For first time having dinner we were very underwhelmed. We booked for the bar area not realizing it was at the bar. That worked out ok but it is pretty obvious that if you aren’t a regular you don’t get the same service. Not sure we wouldn’t try it again but would sit in the dining area instead.

We dine here often. Food was not up to par. Soggy stuffed shrimp, bolognese was not great. We will go back but disappointed .
